Eric Morris, PA-C

Physician Assistant 

Eric Morris graduated from Union College with a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. Soon after graduating Eric started his work here at Harrington Family Health Center. He has experience working with adults and children for preventive and acute care. Eric was awarded the 2024 Patient Centered Care Award from Community Care Partnership of Maine. He has a passion for treating chronic pain, obesity and substance use disorders. Eric cares strongly about improving the health and well-being of the community.  

Haley Strout, FNP

Family Nurse Practitioner 

Haley Strout graduated from the University of Maine in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She went on to complete her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2023 and became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the beginning of 2024. Haley previously worked in the emergency department of Mount Desert Island Hospital as a registered nurse. Haley provides patient centered medical care to patients across the lifespan. Haley is passionate about motivating her patients to improve their health and their lives. She enjoys working with her patients to inform them about the decision they make and their health. Haley is passionate about helping her patient’s overcome barriers.  

Margaret Jones, MSW, LCSW, CAGCS, C-DBT

Licensed Clinical Social Worker 

Margaret Jones graduated from Illinois State University with Bachelor of Science in Psychology and then returned to complete a Masters in Social Work at the same university. Margaret has been in social work for 21 years. She works with people across the lifespan; she has worked with individuals and in groups. Margaret is a Certified Court Mediator in the Illinois 11th judicial circuit; a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist and she is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Margaret also holds certifications in child development and infant/child social emotional health. She provides services in individual and family counseling for people of all ages, Psychological Diagnostics for all ages and can work with individuals that are verbal and non-verbal. Margaret is passionate about working with people with disabilities, grief, and trauma. She finds her work with children who have Autism particularly rewarding. She loves helping people identify their strengths and building on them. Being able to provide hope for parents who are concerned about their child’s development brings her joy.  

Laurie Carter, RDH, IPDH

Dental hygienist 

Laurie graduated with an Associate’s of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Maine in Augusta. Before gaining her degree, she worked as a dental assistant and radiographer. Laurie has been a practicing hygienist since 2017 and provides dental sealants, x-rays, oral hygiene instructions, fluoride treatments and more. Laurie has a passion for improving dental knowledge and access in Washington County. As a Washington County native, she returned to improve the level of wellness in her community. Laurie knows everyone’s needs are different and every patient may need encouragement or guidance to address their dental needs. Her goal is to help all her patients understand their unique dental needs and improve self-care.  

Rebecca Paine, MHS, PA-C

Physician Assistant 

Rebecca Paine graduated from Duke University School of Medicine in 2014 with a Masters of Health Sciences and a Physician Assistant Certificate. Rebecca worked in pediatric critical care at Texas Children’s Hospital and served as a faculty instructor at Baylor College of Medicine before moving to Washington County in 2018. Rebecca provides management of acute and chronic pediatric illnesses, developmental delays, mental health pharmacotherapy and all childhood primary care preventative services from birth to age 22. Rebecca has a passion for asthma prevention and providing mental health services for children and adolescents.  

Collin Zelinsky, MHS, PA-C

Physician Assistant 

Collin Zelinsky graduated from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania’s Physician Assistant program in 2017. He began his career practicing family medicine in rural coastal Oregon before transitioning to community health, serving in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in both Oregon and Maine. Collin moved to Maine in 2019 and joined the team at Harrington Family Health Center in November 2024. He provides care for adolescents and adults, starting at age 16.

Collin is passionate about delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to medically under-served communities. His clinical interests include LGBTQIA+ health, substance use disorder treatment, preventative care, and practicing medicine through a holistic, collaborative lens. He believes in partnering with patients to set meaningful health goals while addressing the physical, mental, and social factors that impact their well-being.

Collin chose family medicine and community health because he believes that access to healthcare should be a right, not a privilege. For Collin, living and working in Downeast Maine is deeply rewarding - he values the strong sense of community and the opportunity to care for those who need it most. Outside of the clinic, Collin enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing at camp, hiking, and exploring new foods, hobbies, and places - bringing the same curiosity and heart to his personal life that he brings to his practice.

Marissa Levesque, DMD

Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry 

Dr. Levesque graduated from the University of New England College of Dental Medicine in 2021 with her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. She then completed a General Practice Residency through the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, VT where she gained additional clinical experience as well as experience managing dental trauma, and patients with complex medical and special needs.

Dr. Levesque has been with Harrington Family Health Center since 2022. She currently offers simple restorative dentistry services, select root canals, extractions, nightguards, and crown and bridge work. 

In her spare time Dr. Levesque loves enjoying time with her family and pets and relaxing at the family camp in Northern Maine.
